Our Story:
At TSA Facility Services, our story isn’t just about cleaning services, it’s about people. It’s about trust, commitment, and building something meaningful together. One of the most inspiring examples of this is the journey of Ellen.
More than 35 years ago, Ellen began working with Chari du T oit at a company called The Specialist. From day one, her work ethic, attention to detail, and deep sense of pride in her work made her stand out. When Chari took the bold step of founding The Success Academy, Ellen was right there beside him, not just as a cleaner, but as a trusted Cleaning Supervisor, helping shape the high standards we’re known for today.
As the Academy grew, so did the vision. Charl saw the need to offer exceptional, in-house cleaning and gardening services to the tenants who call The Success Academy home. And so, TSA Facility Services was born, a dedicated division built on the same values of excellence, community, and reliability. Once again, Ellen was at the heart of it, bringing her decades of experience and care into this new chapter.
Today, Ellen continues to lead with strength and grace. Her journey mirrors our own: rooted in trust, grown through hard work, and driven by a passion to serve.
